water based lacquer over nitro sealer. is it good?

hi guys.
i just bought a nice nitro sealer and transparent nitro lacquer, and the shop guy gave me water based lacquer for the color.
so, nitro sealer - water based black - nitro transparent.

is this gonna work in a good way?

From my very limited experience I can confidently say.

Not even a little bit.

More generally, a "hot" finish such as nitrocellulose lacquer (acetone-vehicle) that is incompletely cured, when used as a substrate for an incompatible finish such as your water-based topcoat, will pretty much always eff up the topcoat.

Check with the shop you bought it at. Ask for a more experienced "shop guy". The products may have been designed to work together although it seems they gave you something incorrectly.
