Washburn/Stephens Extended Cutaway Replacement Plate?

Does anyone know where/how/if I can find a Stephens Extended Cutaway neck plate? I've looked on eBay, Google, etc., including the Stephens site, but so far... nada.

That may just have to be custom made or eBay'd at this point.
