Anyone know the name of Warmoth's font used in their logo?

Ordering custom decals and I want to include Warmoth's name with a few other words in the same font.  Thanks dudes!

Victorian LET is basically the same but doesn't have the 'fangs' on the m & h. It's around if you google it.

Here's what I've used for the actual 'Warmoth':

If it's useful to you, I can send it as a .eps or other vector format file so you can change the colour, outline it etc. and print it without the dreaded jaggies.

Thanks!  My email is effwordmusic@gmail.com.  If you want to send it to me.  :occasion14:

Victorian is about as close as you can come.

Remember: the Warmoth logo has been around since long before computer fonts were a thing.

Yeah, but fonts were around long before Warmoth was a thing. Computers just made using them easier.

I got nerdy with photoshop and used a different font... Perry Gothic

FWIW I thought I'd have a look at modifying the Victorian font to include the variant characters but, guess what was hiding in there already? These little fellas:

The h, m & n are on alt codes 0177, 0124 & 0166 respectively - or just use 'insert character' if you're using a program that has that feature.

What...WHAT??!!!

Where can I download this font?  :bananaguitar: :bananaguitar:

Well done people! So far our team has:

  • Located the font with the letterforms that most closely match the Warmoth logo.
  • Determined that the font includes the descenders peculiar to the Warmoth logo.
  • Figured out the alt codes that invoke those descenders.
  • Found a range of websites where the font can be downloaded for free.
Good work everybody!

Puppy chow. I'm retired and between living spaces right now. Summer's coming. Set me up with a decent place, transportation, and a per diem, and I'll handle it. I'll even set up and train somebody for a "custom shop" so you guys can offer the "Cagey Treatment" for necks yourself  :laughing7:

Always exciting times when new stuff happen over at Warmoth. Even though I don't play bass ...

I think you should be ok. It seems to be a bass sale, not a guitar sale. Unless you've ordered a bass. Or, of course, unless I'm wrong and I'm misunderstanding stuff here ... :dontknow:
