Wrote to Spike to enquire about an order but did not receive a reply having waited for two days. Then I forwarded the same email to Sales and the same thing happened. I live in a different time zone so calling is not a good option for me.  Anyone knows why ?

Probably because you would have to get up at, like, 3:00 in the morning to make the call, and then be tired at work all the next day.  <rimshot>Thanks, and don't forget to tip your waitresses; they're working hard!  :doh:


I just put a bug in their ear for you. I'm betting it's a SPAM filter thing.
 
Sales responded. Apparently they did respond but mail went astray (first time it happened).  Hope it won't happen again especially when I give payment details.
 
Could be worse.... Currently my internet provider allows me to receive emails - but not send. They say they are working on it... Over 24 hours at this point.
 
Never underestimate the suggestive powers of The Aaron. 

Secondly, if you want them to ignore you do what I do best. Make after order changes!
