Warmoth neck on Fender Jazzmaster body?

I saw a thread somewhat related to this question, but it was from 2012 and it was really a different question. My question is simple:

Can I buy a Warmoth neck (not tele) and install it on an official Jazzmaster body from Fender?

No, the heels will not mesh. Yes, the Jazzmaster & Stratocaster should have the same heel/pocket
Jazzmasters have Strat heels (rounded).
AFAIK only Tele's have Tele heels (squared).

edit: didn't read the original question properly.

Misread  :blob7:, he's asking if a non-tele neck from warmoth will fit the Jazzmaster. Which, though I haven't got the most experience, will.

That's right. I've also seen some discussion of some folks putting jazzmaster necks on strat bodies, so I think that helps support the conclusion that they are the same dimensions. Thanks!

My thinking is that I might get a Squier JM and upgrade the neck, or get a loaded body that's missing a neck and put a Warmoth on it. I love those asymmetrical profiles!
