Warmoth Neck on a Jackson dk2m body?

Can I put a Warmoth Pro Strat Neck on a Jackson dk2m body with minimal modifications?
The original Jackson neck is 24 frets; the Warmoth is 22

Why do I want to do it? I prefer the Jackson body over the Fender, and I prefer the Warmoth neck over the Jackson. It would be the best of both worlds for me.

What modifications, if any, would I need to make?

Without knowing more about the Jackson, I'd say no.  Things to look for are if the Jackson neck has fretboard overhang carrying the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th frets.  Is the Jackson neck pocket modeled after the Fender?

What STDC said.  Dinky neck pockets are typically scaled for 24 frets, so a regular Strat type (21 fret/22 frets w/ shelf) won't work.
