I tried to call them yesterday, but no one answered the phone. are they closed due to, well, i don't know...?

If by Yesterday you mean Monday, then yes, it was a national holiday.  I saw on the RSS feed some necks & bodies were added on the 5th though.

ok, thanks. If memory serves, i called tuesday but 5/7 a national holiday too? I thought only 4/7, or is the day after something like a 'boxing holiday'? (believe that thats the right term).

9am-5pm Pacific time should be 6pm-2am in Amsterdam, assuming my math skills are still working.
