Walnut (or non-maple wood) neck and maple fret board

That's beautiful.  How do you think the walnut / rosewood affects the sound relative to the normal tele?  No matter what it's a looker.  What length neck are you using?

1. Yeah I love the looks. I've got more pics in other posts, if you search.
2. 25.5" standard thin (basic strat/tele)
3. No idea how the woods affect the sound - too many other deviations from a tele. it's got a hot P90 in the neck, and a SD lil 59 in the bridge. I don't think it sounds anything like a tele, but it sounds really awesome. Super warm, grainy kind of sound from the P90. I don't think this is a good wood combo for a 'fender' sound - both woods are supposed to be warmer. BTW, rosewood necks PLAY so nice.
