Just saw this on my Facebook page - I like the overall shape but would also like to see a smaller version of it.

BC Rich for the bass side shape, topside the modern "Tele/Les Paul" used by Nik Huber, John Gustavsson & and army of others for the treble-side bout.

Understandeth why thy brain do be trick'deth, and they mind will no longer do be trick'deth*...

For what it's worth, I consider that to be clever design, not good design. I mean, it works.... It's pretty surprising that even if you take in account the fact that our eyes will like what we're used to, the Strat, Tele, LP, Jazzmaster/Jag, and P-bass shapes are all almost "unimprovable." It's easy to see by how many ugly variants come up. You just barely have to even take off your shoes to see how many really great guitar shapes there are, that satisfy the bare minimum needs.

Don't forget the PRS-like lower horn. I've made a hobby out of saving my favorite body shape outlines for the purpose of designing "new" styles, many are offsets, or similar to Z-bodies, jazzmaster, fireman, etc, etc, etc. I think I've got a few hundred of them now. For some reason it's interesting to me how a small change can make people love or hate a certain shape. For my own personal tastes, I give the Victorian Grace a B+.

Just remember, the brain's job is to identify what it sees, and categorize it.  To relate it to what it's used to and file in the appropriate reaction file.
Lion: Run
Grilled steak: eat
Sofia Vergara... um...  :toothy10:

So it wants to say: that looks like a.....
whether it really does or not.

I think it's pretty original, and stands on it's own merit.
