Sorry for the delay, been busy with work. Got some pics this AM (lighting isn't great though). I will get them uploaded and posted later today. (Side and back shots).

Are you hacked into my computer? I just had a Canary/Macassar Ebony neck up against and thought WOW. Just goingto try an all canary.  :headbang:

No on the all canary.
Canary - B Rosewood
Canary - Macassar Ebony
Canary - Ziricote

all look good.

Necro post update:

Well I have had this body for 7+ years now. The plan was to hopefully complete it this year. That is not in the picture now as I lost my job a couple weeks ago. Maybe 2017? Most of it is planned out except for the neck wood. Need to see if a tilt back in brazillian ebony is a possibility. If not, a tilt back in RW/RW will go on it. Already have the pups and tuners for it.

Also made some headway in finishing my Tele body (I think I got it in 2007). Already have the pups for it a well. It is pretty much all planned out. Maybe 2017?

Hoping to land a new job soon, get cash reserves built back up, and finish these, before things come to a point that I have to sell them.

Good luck on the job hunt, Brother......

There's a bright future ahead, better get yourself some shades  :glasses9:

Sorry to hear about your job.  What kind of work are you qualified to do?  What geographical area?  Maybe we forumites can help you network your way into a new gig.

I, too, am sorry to hear about you losing your job. Hope it all works out for you.

Bummer about the job. I hope whatever you find is better for you than the old one.

Orlando Fl area.  10+years of complex financial/business analytics.
8 years National acct manager for AMX. 12 years Director or Operations. 6 years firearms industry experience.

Sorry to hear about it too. I am a bit in the same boat.

About a month ago I was thinking of ordering a new car and then a week or so later the client pulled various projects and about 2 - 300 of us were let go without notice...

New horizons lie ahead  :icon_thumright:

Update. The W can't do a Brazilian Ebony neck in a tilt back.  The only darker colored woods that don't need a finish in a tiltback are RW and Wenge.

Just to tie this out. Ended up with an all rosewood neck.  Hoping to finally complete 12 years after the fact.
