Two-Tone Strat

I was instantly drawn( :icon_biggrin to the cool bookmatched top on this swamp ash body because of the less-grained center portion, which I figured( :toothy11 would be a good canvas for a graphic of some sort. So, I don't know what the heck this design is s'posed to be--just a graphic sorta thingy...anyway, because of the grain pattern, I knew I wanted to do some sort of two-toned delineated finish, so....

Photobucket is acting rather cranky today, so I apologize in advance for any glitches--like a pic or two not posting (but then, how would you know that if I didn't say anything?).

I also had issues with the new "improved" Photobucket. I uploaded a pic, but didn't see it in my library. Ended up uploading the same pic 4 times. I'm still not sure what the problem is, and still have pics out of order on there, or not showing up.  :dontknow:

Very cool!!! But I'll have to ask you to stop doing nice guitars like this, because I've already too many guitars and don't need to want one custom like this (at home just a Tele, but soon to arrive a LP, a surprise one, the Tonarcaster, and got to make neck to 1 strat, 1 V and 1 archtop)...

I gotta ask, are you doing these guitars for people that have ordered them or are you just doing it for the love of the game? If it is for the love of the game, are you keeping them or do they go up for sale? Also, what would it take, hypothetically speaking of course, to request something from you?

Just hover over the 'Gear' symbol (top right hand corner) of pic.
Press 'Get Links'
Press the Bottom one, which says 'IMG Codes'
That will copy it …..
Then go to your post and 'Paste' where ever you want it.

BTW .... why is it called a 'Two-Tone Strat' ?
I can only see one Tone Control hole.
