Unfortunately now I think I need to sell something to thin the herd!  This guitar will bring the telecaster total to, er, 7!

7 telecasters is a whole lot of telecasters!

Seven sounds about right.  Puts me in mind of other similar arrangements:

More stuff has arrived!  Specifically a pile of stuff from allParts and some tuners from Sportitech.  I went wild on allParts because they had the ferrules that would (in theory anyway) work.

Well, the ferrules didn't fit.  Time to improvise.  I used a pencil wrapped in double sided tape with emery cloth on top.  A little spinning and the ferrules fit with no problems!  BTW - I think I figured out the ultimate ferrule fitting tool - a transfer punch of the same interior diameter.  It worked very well as I had complete control of the tilt of the ferrule as I gently hammered it in.

I also wired up the control plate because I was bored.

BTW!  I forgot to order an electrosocket!!  Anyone have one?

Update!  Inserts have been installed in the neck, tuners on, and the neck on!  This thing is looking like a guitar!

Check out the flame on the back of that neck.  It's even better in person.
