Toughest time in my life

It's amazing how fast muscles atrophy.
That's for sure. I dislocated a kneecap showing off on ice skates to a girlfriend one time. After 6 weeks of recovery, the knee was fine but my leg was very noticeably smaller around than the other. THAT took 2 years to get back to normal.

I've noticed where just a couple/few weeks in a hospital bed will make you wonder if you ever knew how to walk. You think you can, so you try getting out of bed, but then mean ol' Mr. Reality puts your ass on the floor and gets the nurses to cussin' at you :laughing7:

Actually, on the recovery time on hospital bed, as need to put my feet higher than my body, to made blood not flowing to there for less swelling, as knee not on a normal practice for so long time, besides feet, when I try to walking late, the knee does getting "forgotten " how to walk or not in a movement loading state. need few weeks for the knee to "learn " or get used to walking again too.
