Lucky #007 said:I forget what the opinions were on the les paul boards as to their quality from the ones that had bought them beyond that everything was crap electronically and hardware wise. I don't remember what they had to say about the finishes or actual woods. I do recall someone saying that once they had replaced tuners, bridge, STP, caps, pots, jacks, and pickups that it was solid, but then you're at around $900 to $1000 and could have gotten a decent Gibson for that or, as stated above, a Warmoth.

Gibsuns are awesome. Not as good a Funders, but better than Ibunez. Plug one into a Murshall amp & you're ready to rock.

no man, thats a total fake. can't you see? the split diamond on the headstock is for instance too small and not made out of pearl. the fretboard is rosewood, not ebony.Lucky #007 said:Actually, that probably is a Gibson in the picture. That's just not what you're going to get. There are several of those sites. If you see a Gibson for $300 it's either stolen or one of their sites with super cheap knock offs. I know they give people hell for ordering them on mylespaul.com even when they know they're fake because they don't think they should be encouraged at all.
