Okay, so I am picking up some paint (ReRanch or Dupont) and the grain filler, and clear coat, and some white primer. This all I need pretty much? How many cans of this stuff should I get though!
Check out Re-Ranch 101 Finishing. There is alot of info in that article that will answer your questions. I used his products once. Not too bad. I think they recommend 1 can of sealer and 2 cans of Clear Gloss. Sounds like you might be new to this. Check out the the Guitar Finishing book that Stewmac.com sells. It is also full of useful info.
