I guess this could go under "Studio", but whatever.

There's a channel that I've been watching a lot recently, called The Recording Revolution.
It's run by a guy named Graham, who owns a [very] nice little home studio, and posts tips for getting good sounds from your mixes, and he's a big fan of the idea that gear doesn't matter, and has done projects with very low budgets (around $300 for an interface and microphone and everything) to record and mix an entire song, just to show that nothing's stopping you from letting your creativity run free.
He has a series called "5 Minutes To A Better Mix", where he gives very valuable tips for mixing, some seem obvious, but so many people don't apply them.

So if you're into recording like i am, I reccomend you check out his channel. It has helped me a lot, and i have a wealth of knowledge that I can apply to future mixes.

So check it out!

Graham is a top notch guy, good tips.
I've been getting his channel for quite a while now.
Definitely worth subscribing to if you have your own home studio and you do any serious tracking and/or mixing.

Me too, and I've been doing this for 30 years.  It's always nice to have some fresh inspiration.

I've been subscribed to Graham's channel for a while now. He comes up with some good points and topics.

Another similar to Graham is Joe Gilder if you are interested.

There is also Project Studio Handbook channel, but his narration is as dynamic as listening to paint dry.   Good resources for recording engineering basics.

Yeah me also. Many years trying to build up the hardware & need Graham's content to pull me into line about doing the actual fun part of creating music.

I've been a vip member of Joe Gilder's site for about two years and own most of his products. He is very good and I recommend him. Always nice to me in emails. But I just dropped my membership because I don't really use it anymore and he and his wife were super nice to me about it.

I once emailed a question to Graham and he was a smart ass to me so I didn't buy any of his material.

But there is so much free information on the web now that you can learn from. One thing I still pay for though is a yearly membership to Groove3. Great site.
