That must be it, because besides The Cosby Show and myself being born, I can't seem to find anything about the 80's that I find redeeming. Except maybe a lesson in everything NOT to do as a musical artist for generations to come

And Sam Kinison (RIP).

I'll never forget the Christmas special of "Married, With Children," where Kinison was Al's guardian angel (that oddly seems fitting):

Sam:  "Bundy, I gotta succeed and get my wings. You know how hard it is to get chicks in a '78 Pinto in heaven?"
Al:  "No."
Sam:  "Its about as hard as getting chicks in a '78 Pinto here on Earth!"
