Well, I have undertaken my first Warmoth guitar build (I've only ever used one of their necks before.)
This is a solid body Tele designed to look like a Thinline (just because I like the look.) I used the body builder feature on the website and the photo of the actual neck I bought from the showcase to cobble together in PowerPoint a mockup of what the finished product should look like, including fake strings!
Now the wait begins. In the meantime I've ordered some Lindy Fralin no-hum P90s, and a wiring harness from 920D. The tremolo, as you can see, is a Wilkinson. Never used one, but hear good things.
I'm living/working in Saudi Arabia, so the import duties I'll pay on the parts are a bummer, but will be a fun project to work on in these homebound times.
I'll keep you posted on progress!
