tele neck headstock goes well with?

with a strat neck you can put it on a jazzmaster or even a tele (deluxe). and it looks fine.

but with which body shapes would a tele headstock go well with?

anybody tried it on other body shapes?

What's teh deal with installing a Tele neck on something other than a Tele?  What do I need to have Warmoth do (or have done after the fact) to make it fit properly?

The Tele neck pocket is a different shape to the other necks. If you want a 'flush' fit then the body needs to be machined for a tele neck pocket.

You'd have to custom order it. Ask for a tele neck pocket.

i have a tele on which i dont like the body (unbalanced). and a jazzmaster where i dont like the neck (too thin).
