As @Waraxe stated that is the Ibanez Tight End, it’s not an aftermarket piece. Scour eBay.
That existed - it was called the HT-100. Came on the old Hamer T-51, which was a Tele type guitar so good even @aarontunes might have liked it. Had a Duncan Broadcaster / ‘54 pickup combo and a fast 14” radius neck. Absolute killers and can still be grabbed used for $1000ish. Possibly the best production T-style ever built.
