because you'll probably want one of these guitar straps. I recently discovered them and am so impressed I want to give them a plug here.
Original Fuzz is the name of the company. They're based in Nashville, and they have strap collections featuring handmade fabrics from different places: Peruvian Collection, Indian Collection, and a limited edition collection of straps made from material made in Savannah, Georgia. They also make camera straps. These things are beautiful, with an artisan vibe that makes other straps seem like mass produced commodities. They're a little pricey, but not too bad considering the high amount of skilled handwork.
The first one I ordered - from the Peruvian Collection - was going to be for my new Warmoth build with a red and black body. The strap arrived and the red in it is more purplish than it looked like on their website, so I don't think it will go with the new guitar as well as I thought. Return it? No way. It looks killer on my Tele. Check it out (first from the website, then on my guitar):
Then I started looking at another one of my guitars with it's sort of industrial looking Mono Betty strap. Next I'm ordering a new Original Fuzz strap for it too. They're addictive. Here is the strap I just ordered from the Indian Collection, and a mockup of it on the guitar it's going on:
They adjust to 65", and if mine is any indication, they are really comfortable and soft, and stay put on the shoulder nicely. Now tell me you don't want one!
