SS J Bass Tuners

Hi,
I hve been looking for clover shaped tuners that will fit the Warmoth Warhead neck for a short scale J bass. Any help in locating a source or info on how to modify the existing holes in the headstock would be much appreciated.  Thanks a bunch.  :guitaristgif:
