Soloist and two 'Half-moths' UPDATED MARCH 8 2010

Picked up the Iceman from Mimi yesterday. I'll wait a couple extra weeks for the paint to dry. We've agreed that the next ones will be acrylic, to minimize finish issues (waiting to see about the others).

Here's a mockup with the pickups, knobs, etc.

I think I want to find a color switch tip for the toggle.

The paint reminds me of the Kramer 'Holoflash' finish, kind of.

These guitars will be part of an exhibition held next month here in Hong Kong showcasing young artists. It's only 5 days, but I don't want to be away from them that long!

Agreed. The Tele is my favourite too. I really like the painted headstock on it as well.

The camera person was very likely a girl, and middle aged foreigners ain't exactly setting hearts a-throb. And it's a phone video.

They tried to get me clothes, but I'm too big. They have a deal with Ben Sherman. Nice clothes, but I still look like Frankenstein in Chinese XXL.

And they insisted I wear the sleeveless thing, to frighten people with my tattoos. It worked.

We have a show coming up next week at my university. No one I work with knows. It's my last term anyway, may as well go out with something fun.

all three of those guitars are so nice. wow. I so rarely see guitars w/ graphics or artwork on them that I like, but I just think those are all killer
