I've ordered a thinline for my second build. Need some suggestions for pickups in a thinline. The only one i've ever played was a g&l. I play blues and rock. I have 4 tele's a three strats so am looking for something a little different. any suggestions?

What did you order for pickup routing? If you haven't ordered it already you can custom order any pickup/bridge routing per the webpages that you can think up; lots of P90/HB combos if you look in the Gallery. If you're looking at a Showcase body that is already routed with std. Thinline single coil routes and std. Tele bridge; you are limited to changing the bridge PU route to humbucker; you can reroute the existing neck pickup to anything you want.

rear routing.  tele bridge i was looking at seymore duncan little 59 for bridge or something along that line not sure what would blance well with it also wondering about being able to split the coils. Was hopingto beable to get a little bit of a 335 sound is that possible?

Your choice of body/neck woods can have a real impact on the overall tone on a Thinline as well as the pickups. I built a mahogany Thinline with mahogany neck, but put hotter RG P90 pickups in it; can get a tone somewhat close to an ES-330 with the pickups set at lower volume levels.

Have not used the Lil' 59 in a Thinline, but have as bridge pickup in a couple of Strat builds. Nice vintage tone, but not quite as good as the full size SD '59s. While you've got wiring to coil tap the Lil '59, I tried that and did not like it; sounds way thin in tapped mode.

Given your PU routes you have a limited set of options; you can stick with the Lil '59 in bridge; that could balance nicely with something like a Fender Custom Shop NoCaster or Rio Grande Vintage Tallboy in the neck position,

A mahogany or rosewood neck will get you a lot closer to a Gibsony ES-335 like tone; a maple neck will be MUCH brighter, more "Fenderish".
