So, what happened to the Antigua Burst finish?

I've noticed that the Antigua Burst finish has vanished from the builder. Not that I'm in the market now, but I did have a potential future build involving an antigua tele with ivoroid binding. What happened?

The pickguards were extremely difficult to produce with the finish.  Initially, the pickguard option was dropped.  Since the vast majority of all Antigua orders included the pickguard option, the entire color option was dropped.
