I remember being dumped off at the movie theater to watch this as a kid with my friends at a matinee, Man, what a trip! It was great, my Mom had no idea what it was about. The usher didn't care how old we were, he was probably real old, like 17. I also remember seeing that planet of the apes movie where there are bunch of deformed telepathic humans fighting vicious gorillas and this one astronaut says this is nuts and blows everything up. I identify with him.
