I would've kept that body for sure. The top was beautiful and and a Gibson style jackplate isn't the end of the world

I've had tele's with the kinds of jacks.  I like the electro-socket and the square plate.  Hate the cup.  I put a piece of felt under the square plate, makes it look nice.

Well the new body is in and all I can say is wow. I am so glad I picked the new body option. Warmoth also added white binding on top to match my white pick guard. I cannot say for sure but even the quilt maple top looks to be a better selection. To my eyes the matching of the 2 pieces of swamp ash is almost perfect. Looking at the back you really cant tell its 2 pieces. The issue with the 7/8 hole for the Tele Cup or Electrosocket is fixed too. It now has plenty of depth to the hole
