New to forum, new Strat build...
            Swamp Ash on chambered Mahogany
            Rosewood on Maple Tele neck
            6105 frets, vintage tuners
Bladerunner Trem(really happy with this-smooth & stays in tune)
Duncan 'vintage' neck & middle, Duncan 'custom' bridge
Turned out just as I'd hoped--a lightweight, vintage-style Strat; plays great, sounds great.
Apparently my pics are just over the size limit, so here's the Photobucket link:

Thanks to Warmoth, and all of you for being so informative, as well as extremely entertaining!

another tele headstock on a strat...i like it...it makes it look custom...

a very "canadian" colour scheme...perfect

side note, i have noticed a couple of threads where people leave out the middle two screws that attach the bridge to the body.

is there a reason for this?  it looks like yours doesn't have them either...i will get to the bottom of this mystery...

There are no "two middle screws" on the bridge 'cause it isn't a Fender or other brand 6-screw unit; it's made by Bladerunner, and they make two different
models...One fits the same holes as a Fender vintage trem, but mounts with 4 screws. The bridge does not use the screw-to-body connection as the fulcrum, but utilizes a thin 'blade' of
steel between the screws and the main body of the bridge as the fulcrum...a bit difficult to explain without the visual. Anyhow, the result is a firm feeling trem that so far performs extremely well--it feels totally stable and has great tuning stability. Their other model is made
with fine-tuners and includes a locking nut. check 'em out on their website or on Premier Guitar's
site. I'd definitely use it on any trem-equipped guitar in the future, and no, I'm not affiliated with them in any way!!

Y'know...i just can't remember where i saw a six hole strat bridge recently with the two middle screws missing...it was either a prs or a fender website...it just struck me as odd...when i saw your guitar, well, i had to ask...since i have a vintage tremolo that i am looking to replace (my LR Baggs piezo X Bridge is...well, meh)...thanks for the recommendation...i will check out the Bladerunner's tonight...cheers!
