I have seen two Jaguar basses (4 & 5 strings) in the forum but no Jaguar body in the site... :icon_scratch:
Actually they are linked to the Vol Increment and Vol Decrement commands in the AXE (factory CCs of 35 and 36). What they do is reduce/increase vol by 1db or so when pressed each time. They also self-save. Very handy for equalizing volumes between various patches.Mayfly said:That's cool - how did you program the +volume and - volume switches? some kind of modifier on the amps master or something?

That bottom row of buttons are actually my PCs. I access their underlying IA function with the Reveal function.
Still having a bit of an issue getting the "acoustic" to work (but I think I know what I was doing wrong). Basically that IA is to be set as a PC to a specific patch, regardless of what bank I am in.
Still trying to work out something neat, but I think I am close to figuring out how to do layers on this. Not sure how many I can do, but I noticed when playing with it you can program more IAs than what there are on the board natively . My LFP could do layers, and I really liked that.

Sweet! glad you got it going. You can see why I use them under the reveal. Nice to have, but once done, you won't use them too much until you create a new patch.Mayfly said:It may be cruel, but it's no joke
I got the volume inc/dec working last night. Works as advertised! I did the same thing that TBst did - hid it under the patch buttons and accessed it with reveal. That last sentence means nothing to someone who does not have one of these beasts :icon_biggrin:

For the -PSTBOOST - I tied that directly to output vol 1. Basically in an off state, it sends a value of like 111, on it sends a value of 127. Native state of it is off. So mash the button and instant 6db (give or take) increase. Nothing needs to be added to the patches, so you save CPU, and it works on every patch.

So Cagey, you know that the old ones are obsolete and you can only get the new ones right? Maybe that's why you're still on the list - you're on the old box list! :icon_jokercolor:
