I have a strat with a korina body and rosewood neck....its got 2 1950's Supro pups....you can check it out here...

Right now its is wired so I have 1 volume and 2 tone knobs (one for each pup)....I was considering adding a 2nd volume as well so each pup would have its own volume and tone....i guess like a gibson style....I would basically have 1 vol, 2nd vol, and the 3rd would be a concentric knob for both tone pots...
Does anyone see any reason NOT to do this? Also, why don't more people do this with strats in general? Does anyone have a setup like this? Any thoughts?
