Ah...The part finally arrived from Warmoth. Chambered showcase Body, Quilt Maple top on swamp Ash body,
Honey Burst front and back, Recessed Original Floyd Tremolo, Shaller Sure Claw. It has an extremely tight neck pocket
and if I push in the neck Im never going to get it out again exept maybe with extreme force.  :icon_scratch:
Warmoth Pro maple neck (with some flame) Macassar Ebony fingerboard. I like the light streaks that goes across the fingerboard. Kind of like claw marks.
Gotoh SG38 Tuners, All black hardware and flat black 1 ply pickguard.
Seymore Duncan Pearly Gates Trembucker, Classic stack middle, Jazz neck pickups.

This is my second Warmoth project, The only sad thing is that much of the beautiful top is going to be covered.
But I think it is going to look beautiful when it is finished. :icon_biggrin:

Here's some :kewlpics: for now......

More pics to come when it is finished.

Sweeeet !! Really diggin' the fretboard.  How about a pic with the pickguard in place.

It pains me to see such a beautiful body covered by that pickguard (but, the black is the way to go).  Nice!

Yes, it would have looked great as a rear routed body. But it was allready top routed in the showcase.

I concur, but I think it looks fantastic with the black PG. It fit's perfectly with the color of the finish... :headbang:

+1.

Shame the top had to be covered, but the black pickguard gives it a great look.

I still need some shims for the floyd nut before I put the strings on. Here's a couple of more pictures anyway.
