Hi everone,
my first Warmoth Strat build is finally done!
Out-of-the-box-thread
It sounds and plays like no other Strat I ever layed my hands on. I already placed an order for a Tele - now I get why some of you guys have like tens of guitars already
So, now to the specs:
Body and Neck: please consider reading the thread linked above! I don't want to clutter this thread so much.
Pickups: Bare Knuckle BC Old Guard Strat Set (man, these kick some ass...)
Bridge: ABM 5200c Mordern 2-Point Trem (way better than the Fender stuff)
Electronics: Mojotone Standard ST Solderless Harness (includes only highest quality componets)
Tuners: Schaller F-Style Locking (I had no drilling templates, which made installation pretty annoying)
Plastics: Pickguard, Trem Cover and Knob heads are all Fender parts
Metal parts: Screws, Jack plate and string trees are all Fender parts. Strap pins are Schaller security locks.
Back plate: because of the custom carved heel I ordered the back plate + plastic pad and the screws from Warmoth.
