Schaller Mini Tuner Holes

I haven't posted in a while...I do visit the forum every couple of weeks.

I am in the middle of a build right now (I am carving the body and headstock) and installing Schaller Mini Tuners.

The Warmoth guide indicates drilling 25/64" for the Schallers.

I didn't have that in my kit and I went to Home Depot & another hardware store that didn't carry them either.

Can I use a 10 mm bit?  What are your experiences with this?

Why would Schaller use such an unpopular size bit?

Schaller is German made..... It's probably 10MM....
