schaller M6 vs M6 mini drill hole size difference?

Will the Warmoth Schaller  tuner holes at 25/64 fit both locking m6 and m6 minis or are they different?

I gotta set of m6 locking with the pins.  Just check and the piece that goes in the tuner holes is 9.88 mm seems to be correct but I cannot get them in with decent amount of pressure. 

First build and first time doing this.

Yes M6 and M6 mini they are the same bore.

Tuner holes often need to have a little finish removed that may have got in the hole or need a final adjustment for your tuner to fit. An easy fix is to put some sandpaper around a pencil or similar and rotate it in the tuner hole a couple of times, check the tuner for fit and repeat until it fits.

Yeah, it seams perhaps a lacquer build up a top the bore.  I will try the sandpaper trick and see.  Thank you.
