Satin Finish + Pearloid binding

Hey guys.
I just pulled the trigger on a basswood Soloist with a beautiful quilt maple top. I choose colour blueburst (w/ transparent blue on the back) and satin finish + pearloid binding. Does anyone have a satin finish (any colour) with pearloid binding?

I'm having some second thoughts about it cause I know pearloid has a brilliant finish and it might don't look as good as I thought. it would be great to have some insights and opinions about it.
