I'm afraid I have so many bookmarks that it's gotten to the point where they don't function well as bookmarks any more. That is, they're not much of a time-saver for me. They're a mini-web of their own, and I don't remember what's in there.
Some time back, I saw that coming and started organizing them into a tree structure, so all I'd have to do is remember categories. That worked to a degree, but it grew layers. So, now I'm to the point where it's faster/easier to simply use Google. It's fast and easy and good. I modified my browser's address line so it does double duty as a search entry line, so if I type in an URL, it goes directly there. If it's not recognizable as a URL, it automatically feeds what I've typed to Google. So, I can pretty much type in anything I want on my address line and get happy.
