Putting a "bridge only" tone control is pretty easy - just connect the wire from the tone pot to the same terminal as the yellow wire of the bridge pickup (so that "C" terminal on the top right of the switch). The other two pickups are harder because the S1 switch is swapping out which side of the pickup is grounded or turning off a pickup by lifting the ground. I don't see an easy way to connect a tone pot to the neck or middle pickup without having it as a master tone or not work in some scenarios. Also, I'm not sure all positions there will be hum cancelling because I think that you may have to flip a couple magnets around on the fly to have 3 pickups always RWRP with each other (if that matters to you).
