Routing a rear-routed body for a 3-way blade switch?

I just got off the phone with Warmoth regarding the body I'm trying to order, and I was told my requested control set up would require the custom shop.  Basically I asked for 1/4" miniswitch holes in place of two of the standard four pot holes, and a 3-way blade switch.  They said it would cost at a minimum, $45.

Now, the miniswitches I can omit and do myself, no sweat.  But I have no idea how to drill/route for a 3-way blade (tele style) switch.  Can anybody point me in the right direction for that?

The easy choice would be to just go with a Gibson toggle threeway, but I've already ordered the electronics, and I would prefer the blade style.  Any ideas?  Paying the $45-on-up is not the best option for me as I've pushed this project to its very limit of the budget already!  :D

Never mind, it was going to be about $60, so I just went ahead and did the Gibson style toggle instead, which I can drill myself.
