Rotary Switch

I'm having a ridiculously hard time finding a good wiring diagram for a rotary switch for my newest project. It's a HSH guitar with spots for 3 controls. The obvious seemed to be a rotary switch for the pickups. Five way switch, bridge/bridge and middle/middle/middle and neck/neck. Unfortunately every rotary diagram I see seems to be for a HxH guitar, and every HSH diagram has a blade switch. Can somebody help me figure out how to translate that blade switch to a rotary? Or point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Didn't PRS at one time use a rotery switch on a three pickup guitar?  That's all I got.  MIght be worth a google search.

You might need a two pole switch to pull it off.  I can come up with something, but first some questions for you:

Position one:  Bridge pickup?
Position two: Bridge and middle pickup?
Position three: middle pickup?
Position four: middle and neck?
Position five: neck?

Is that what you're looking for?

Hmmm....I trying to think....

AFAIK, on every three pickup guitar PRS has done, they have moved to either a 3-way toggle or a 5-way blade. I can't think of any that used three pickups and the rotary. Not the old EG-3, not the Swamp Ash Special, not anything that I can think of.

You got me curious though.

I had a second between helping the kids do homework and my own work and I drew this up for you.

It should do the trick.

That's awesome! Yes, the bridge/bridge middle/middle/middle neck/neck was correct. A lot of diagrams call for the use of push pull pots, but I've never had great luck with splitting pickups and getting a good sound

But But... That doesn't go up to 11!
Get a 6-way rotary switch and wire it so position 6 puts all 3 pickups in series. Loud!
