You bet. Roasted maple/roasted maple.Mayfly said:is the neck roasted maple? :icon_thumright:
If it comes out the way I expect, it should really look good.Black Dog said:I have wondered what that combo would look like...
Can't wait to see it :blob7:

It's my first step out of Tele/Strat land other than one lawsuit LP years ago. This should be an interesting build.Cagey said:Oh, boy! This is gonna be great! I can't wait to see how this turns out.
Thanks, I anticipate lots of fun ahead. I do intend to take my time on it. Of course, I can't do anything on it for a month or two.Verne Bunsen said:Oughtta be a fantastic build, looking forward to seeing it come together!
I was going to build a JM anyway. The color just puts a little mystery into the mix. I'm looking forward to finding out what I ordered.BigSteve22 said:Great to see that at least one of us has the balls, (and spare cash!), to go where no Warmoth build has gone before. Allow me to join the excitement, can't wait to see how it looks!

The leap of faith comes from all the pictures posted on this forum. Like you, I haven't seen anything I wouldn't be happy with. I also expect a rich wine color but anything either side of that should still be great.Cagey said:Rgand said:I'm looking forward to finding out what I ordered.
That's where the "balls" part comes in. Warmoth doesn't exactly give their products away, so to not be able to see a preview of what to expect is quite a leap of faith :laughing7:
On the other hand, I've never seen anything from them that wouldn't make me very happy. Even colors I normally would never consider look good coming from them. I suspect yours is going to look like a rich, deep wine red and is going to be incredible.
If it looks like that, my wife will want one. :laughing11:BigSteve22 said:Cagey said:That's where the "balls" part comes in.........
Exactly my point! Investing that kind of scratch, without knowing what the result will look like, is definitely "ballsy". I'm kinda hoping it looks like chocolate ice cream with cherry syrup. However it turns out, I just hope YOU'RE happy with the result.
