It is a bit more gray and less yellow than I thought.  But it is beautiful.  I'd recommend to anyone.  I'm also an unfinished convert now.

That really is a fine neck. I'm also a complete raw wood convert after only one neck. The roasted maple has a tendency to do that to people.

Basically I googled custom pickguards and browsed for days.  Finally found that one on Greasy Groove.  I'm glad others think it fits too.  It's pretty much spot on what I was going for.
