Rio Grande Dirty Harry (tele bridge)

Has anyone here tried Rio Grande Dirty Harrys?

What kind of humbucker would go well with those, and how was the sound?

My first thought is a Rio Grande Buffalobucker.

BB#1 Gibson.  Its a "sweet" light toned humbucker, not overly thick or excessive middy.  It retains a nice upper mid "scoop" and has sparkly top end (but not overly so).

I'm trying to go for some kind of pickup ZZ Top would like. Something that's raunchy, creamy, etc...

I've heard that it's a pretty bright pickup.
This is for the neck position.

personally, I'll stand by my first suggestion of the BB#1.  You'll always have some balance problems (volume balance) when mixing tele bridge and humbucker at the neck.  The BB#1 is a light wound pickup - balances nice.  Alnico II magnets, not overly bright, but its not a muddy pickup.  Its a neck pickup you can actually use the tone control on and get some different tones instead of mud and muddier.
