with that kind of humidity damage, I'd be waaay moe concrened the neck isnt pretzled. If somehow it aint, than get down on yor knees, thank the gods, and rip those decrepit worthless pots out of there immidiatly, unles you want to rebuild the wipers and very damn thing, which is preposterous.
