Rear Route Strat Question

Hello -
Finished up a warmoth tele build a few months ago and now want to build a strat.  I'd like it to be rear route so I dont have a pick guard, but I am a little confused on the warmoth site. Im not good with saws or finishing and liked the tele project because I just put in the components and it turned out awesome.

On the in stock finished strat rear route bodies, just about all of them show the pictures without the cutouts for the pickups and switches. Is that how they ship?

Thanks!

You can specify controls for rear-routed showcase bodies on the ordering page.  The types of controls availale will vary depending on what body you have selected and whether you pick the Strat, Telor other controls.  My attached photos show a pulldown for a rear-routed Tele, which allows you to specify either Tele or Strat controls, and the second shows the choices you get when you select strat controls.

Ok thanks-

I wasnt sure if for the in-stock you just got the picture or they do some extra stuff before shipping.Sounds like they will follow those options.

Thanks!

Many (most) items in the in-stock showcase are left in a somewhat "generic" state, so that customers can specify the options they want for things like pickup routs, bridge routs, fret size and material, etc, etc.

Just choose your preferences from the dropdowns on the right, and those things will be added to the item before it ships.
