Lookin' into purchasing an RT-100 or V2 head. I play a lot of Metal, mainly in the same class as Pantera, Slayer, and the rest of the "heavy hitters."
I'm looking for a review on either (or both) of these amps for that type of music. I'm looking for serious gain, crunch, etc. etc.
I've looked around YouTube for some videos, and as most of us are familiar with YouTube, there's always some dingleberry "reviewing" equipment, who has no clue what he's/she's doing, or how to tune in a sound.
Some people are claiming these Randall amps are comparable to the Peavey 6505 and 6505+. That's a pretty big claim. If you own one of these amps, I wanna hear all about it...and hear it. :glasses10:
