Question about showcase bodies...

I'm thinking about future builds (the first one came out so nice!!), and have this one question:  I want to get a VIP body, and use a surface mount (i.e. down-only) floyd rose.  I see and hear stuff about them needing to either shim the neck, or the neck pocket on the body.  Is this true for my case?  If so, can that be done after-the-fact on a showcase body?

slightly tremolo route is still needed..(see EVH wolfgang) i think warmoth gonna do it for you.. angled neck pocket can still be done..

Yes, an angled neck pocket can be added to a Showcase body if necessary.  No problems there.
