Question about canceling a custom body ordered 2 days ago

This past Thursday (2/28/13) I ordered a custom build telecaster body and neck from Warmoth.  The body was a standard tele style black with cream double binding.  Today I found a 62 RI fender body I really want instead of the Warmoth.  My question is what should I expect when I call Warmoth on Monday (3/4/13)?  Considering they told me it would take 10-12 weeks for the body to be shipped, I'm guessing Warmoth hasn't even come close to starting it.  The Warmoth site states: If you need to cancel your custom Warmoth body or neck you will be responsible for its non-refundable custom work* and/or a 25% Restock Fee as determined by the Warmoth Sales Manager.  Does anybody have a clue on How much the non-refundable custom work fee is?  Since it will only be 2 business days when I call on Monday, I shouldn't have to worry about the 25% restock fee correct?  Any help is very much appreciated!  Also I'm not canceling my custom neck I ordered, just the body.  Thanks!

I think you should buy another neck. But, I'm insatiable, so pay no attention.

They try to be REALLY, REALLY NICE to us, here, considering the competitiveness and /or the Me-too-ism on this site probably nets them a few hundred thou extra a year (do the math...) so if you can definitively BE "one of us" somehow, it'll probably be fine. They're not, like, dickheads or something - so far, entirely unscarred by the Harvard MBA phenom that has turned every consumer in America into a "mark" - jes' us dumbass igno-stooges, here to be drained of our cash by every deceit possible. The printer cartridges that go dinosaur on us, so you'll buy a new printer - with new cartridges that now have a PAGE COUNTER in them so you don't get one single page extra by accident... GORF, I could go off.

Phone them up and be very very polite.  Beg and grovel if you need to.  Don't be too disappointed if you have to eat the cancellation fee.

As others have said, if they've started it - you're screwed.  If not, then you'll have to put on your knee pads  :)
