putting a new neck on my old guitar

I have an old esp/ltd m-50/100 and i want to put a warmoth neck on it, but i need to know how to measure for the neck pocket right??
IF anybody can tell me if the warmoth neck would fit it will save the first guitar i ever bought. I have had this guitar loger than i've had anything

does the old neck have 22 frets? if yes does the end of the board overhang the body/pickguard? if yes i'll bet it fits.
some 22/24fret guitars have a similar pocket that is closer to the bribge. the neck may bolt on but the guitar won't intonate.
