This is basically done now, I finished the setup and the pickups from Righteous Sound are insanely good, simply amazing.

A friend recommended them to me and I have to say I am totally floored with how they sound.

Man, that is one awesome Tele!!!  I currently have 2 Strats and just finished a Tele build of my own, I heard about Righteous Sound Pickups from my buddy in Nashville and I love them!!!  I instantly swapped out both Strats with Righteous Sound "High Road" and "Opal" sets.  There was no question when starting my Tele build what pickups that I was going to use, I emailed them and they built me a custom set that tailored to what I wanted (a slightly warmer/less twangy set) and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out!  My only wish is that my Tele turned out as pretty as yours did!! :rock-on:

I ordered the parts for mine this week (PT6048).  Don't feel bad about the pre-wired harness.  I'm doing the same thing.  The less time I have to spend holding a soldering iron, the safer the people and things around me are.  ; )

I also went with a Warmoth vintage / modern neck in flame maple.  If mine is half as nice as yours I'll be happy.

One of my favorite solos.  Unfortunately, I did not see this video until shortly AFTER Prince passed away.  It gave me a whole new respect for what a great guitarist he was.
