Hi!

I have collected some Warmoth parts to build a guitar of my dreams but something's not right..

Body is about 20-years old 7/8 Strat and used to have 24 fret neck and 24.75 scale.

Now there is newer 24 3/4" Scale Conversion Neck with 22 frets.

They won't match together at all.. Won't intonate.

What kind of neck should i have to get it work properly?

Here's a pic of my Warmoth if that helps..

And yes.. There is still wrong kind of saddle..

The 24 3/4" conversion necks are to shrink (convert) 25.5" to 24 3/4" while maintaining the classic strat neck pocket & bridge position.
An actual 24 3/4" body won't jive with a conversion neck (your unfortunate discovery).

I'm not positive of the 20 year old 7/8 series, but the new bodies/necks are like this:
7/8 S Body and Neck

The Warmoth 7/8 S style body is scaled 1/8 down from our standard Strat® style replacement body. The scale length is 24 ¾" and is specifically designed to mate only our 24 fret, 24 ¾" scale Warhead guitar necks. In addition to a custom, sleek appearance, this body and neck combination provides incredible hand access to the higher frets for outstanding playability.

Top or rear routed, right or left handed.
Available in the same woods and pricing as our standard 25 1/2” scale bodies.
Most pickup options available and all bridge options.
NOT compatible with standard 25 ½" scale necks or 24 ¾" Conversion necks.
